FADUCO Week 11 Power Rankings

Stealing from this website, let's rate the league according to performances from the last 6 games. Each win is worth 3 points, a "tie" is worth 1 point, and a lost is worth 0 points. Results show that the league had major parity in the last 6 weeks except for the new #1 team in the league.

1. PJ:     L W W W W W
Points:  15
Win Streak: 5

PJ has exceeded 90 points in each win over the last 5 weeks. He's riding Beast Mode and Tom Brady into Cosgrove-levels of regular season domination. PJ has remained the most efficient manager, and gets Brady back for what looks like will be a high-scoring affair.

2. Justin:     W W W W L L
Points:         12
Win Streak:  0

Justin has cooled off somewhat after his mid-season hot streak. He's now facing QB issues, but the rest of the team is just so solid. One of the losses was an unlucky matchup, where Justin was the 4th highest scoring team of the week. Things get better schedule-wise with only Asian teams remaining.

3. Kevin:     W W L L W L
Points:          9
Win Streak:  0

Kevin versus PJ this week for Caucasian leadership. Going forward, I don't think Kevin has any more bye week issues with his primary starters. Thus, all the studs are going to be playing and it'll be a significant hurdle for an opponent to overcome.

4. Matt:        W L W L L W
Points:          9
Win Streak:  1

Aaron Rodgers is carrying Matt's team. While his RBs and WRs are okay, they've been inconsistent in some weeks. If Rodgers has to play in a snowstorm this weekend, it could be trouble for Matt's thin playoff chances.

5. Vu:            W L L W W L
Points:           9
Win Streak:   0

Out of Vu's 4 remaining regular season games, Drew Brees is at home for 3 of them. Vu is thin at RB, but his Miami D offsets that weakness. However, it's going to be tough to run the Matt-Justin-PJ Melbourne Florida gauntlet during the last 3 weeks in order to make the playoffs.

6. Hai:          L W L W W L
Points:          9
Win Streak:  0

Hai, you should know better than to jinx and blasphemy yourself by proclaiming Big Ben as your savior. The only savior is Peyton, people forget that. (Unless Peyton is playing Patriots or Seahawks). True Story: Hai offered to trade Kyle Orton for my Tony Romo. Also, in my basketball league, he offered to trade Marcin Gortat for Boogie Cousins.

7. Donny:       L W W L L W
Points:            9
Win Streak:    1

According to scoring preview, Donny's team is in the bottom half of all position categories, efficiency, and schedule difficulty. Yet, he's still in contention because of judicious and fortunate waiver wire priority pickups. Very low variance in actual scoring over the last 6 weeks is helpful for him, but also maybe not a good indicator of ability to leapfrog others to make playoffs.

8. Victor:      T L W L W L
Points;           7
Win Streak:   0

Actually, you can go back 8 weeks and the pattern is the same so far, if you consider that the Tie was a tie-break win. W on odd week, then L on even week. Also, Victor's choice of defenses reflect this pattern as well. The defense of the week either gets double digits and Victor wins, or his defense stinks and he gets the loss. One factor working on his favor is that his players are starting to get healthy.

9. Tuna:       T L L W L W
Points:          7
Win Streak:  1

If you look at Tuna's schedule, he actually has had 4 games of 90+ points, which is similar to most of the playoff contenders other than Kevin or PJ, who lead the league with 6 games. In other words, Tuna can play spoiler pretty well but all his next 4 opponents have scored more than him so far this season.

10. Lily:           L L L L L W
Points:            3
Win Streak     1

Ouch, that's a brutal streak of 5 losses, but she did have a quality 1-point squeaker over Hai this past week.  An ugly WR roster will do that to you in this passing league. As said last week, Lily is now entering the soft part of her schedule. While the playoffs are not likely, she has a good set of keepers to build on for next year.
