As Tuna mentioned, the Asian champion this year could conceivably enter the playoffs with a .500 record. Last year, the Caucasian division was strong until the playoffs, where both Asian teams upset their opponents in the first round. However, it looks like there will only be one Asian representative this year. I'll try to have some playoff likelihood percentages later in the week. Now, on to the rankings:
1. PJ - Congratulations on becoming the first owner to officially make the playoffs. Not only that, you are at worse a #3 seed since no Asian team can catch up to you. The CBS Sports Preview thinks PJ is the underdog in this week's matchup, I think they're as deluded as the Salahis.
2. Kevin - Getting his groove on with his RBs becoming hot at the right time. Officially, will clinch playoffs with one more win. However, the chances of him missing playoffs are very remote since he has to lose both his games AND have both Tuna and Katy win all their games AND Katy has to overtake him in points scored as well. In other words, Kevin can hand over the team to his daughter for the next two weeks and still make it to the playoffs.
3. Bill - One possible weakness in Bill's team is its lack of depth with so many injuries. But he probably has the most home-run hitters with his starters. Magic number is one as well due to the remote possibility of the Asian teams to catch up in points scored.
4. Tuna - Has the edge on Katy and Hai for the Asian division, due to relatively easy schedule and 50+ point edge. However, still relies too much on Aaron Rodgers and has limited upside with RBs who really aren't playoff-caliber material right now.
5. Katy - Team Katy's best player, DeSean Jackson may not play for the next 2 games due to his concussion. That would be a bitter blow for Katy, especially with Benson also just coming back from an injury. It's a bit surprising that Team Katy didn't pick up Maclin as a handcuff and allowed Bill to pick him up. Is Jason out of town again?
6. Hai - Though Hai is one game behind, he has the best starters among the 3 Asian contenders. Two straight 90+ performances means that Hai could mount a late charge again like last year all the way to the championship. If Hai wins this week, I predict a new team logo.
7. Lily - Answers: "Use the Forsett Lily!". "The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner; now *I* am the master". "Great shot, kid, that was one in a million!". Questions: What Star Wars quotes describe Lily's victory over Victor? Guess who has the 2nd-longest win streak in FADUCO?
8. Victor - The baton of shame has been passed on from Hai to Victor. At least I can still beat Lily in DJ Hero. I think.
9. Andrew - Patriots are running the ball at the goal-line, which is bad news for Andrew. Also, Snelling was MIA this past week, so Andrew is back to having only 1 viable RB.
10. Donny - Pretty much wrapped up the #1 draft spot. Needs it badly too, since a survey of his roster reveals 3 WR keepers and only 1 RB Keeper.
