Parity in FADUCO

I've looked at the schedule, and in theory, we can have 7 teams all tied at 8-6 in the standings at the end of the season. Due to all games being inter-division, all the top 4 Asian teams can finish 8-6, and 3 Caucasian teams as well. Here is how this crazy scenario can unfold:

Victor: Loses to PJ, Beats Larry
Donny: Loses to Kevin, Beats Bill
Katy: Loses to Larry, Beats Kevin
Hai: Beats Bill, Loses to Andrew
Bill: Loses to Hai, Loses to Donny
Kevin: Beats Donny, Loses to Katy
PJ: Beats Victor, Beats Tuna

I haven't calculated the odds of this happening, but each individual game's result is not far-fetched. In fact, the existence of such a scenario shows it is still too tough to forecast playoff odds. There are too many combination of results. Bill is definitely in the playoff driver's seat, and he'd be the only one who could feel somewhat safe. Then again, he needed this past week a season-high game from Drew Brees to come from behind against the bottom team, so nothing is a given this season.
