Ask Vic Guru

Ok, slooooow day at work so far, therefore I'm bringing back the Ask A Question to Vic Guru segment. Feel free to post questions in the comments section, but I'm not guaranteeing an answer. As always, I'm not liable for any losses incurred in gambling-related answers.

Q: What's the best strip club in the DC area?
A: That's like asking who's the best fantasy player on the 49ers or Dolphins. Whatever is the answer would be pretty terrible.

Q: What are you cooking for the MVMA cooking competition?
A: Probably something grilled and meat-based to pander to the judges.

Q: Why the f*** is my heating bill so high?
A: There are 2 components to your heating bill: The first is the distribution service, which the local gas company makes money from, and the second is the cost of the gas itself, which is a net zero earner for the local gas company. So if market prices for natural gas is high, the second part of your gas bill would be high. If you buy a new gas heater, you can significantly reduce the gas costs. Also, you can turn down your thermostat a few degrees and wear a sweater instead of your underoos. This year, gas is actually lower relative to oil or electricity. So had you heated your home with electricity or fuel oil, it'd be a lot worse.

Last time I went to Vic's he had a new TV, a new PS3, a new Wii, and a bunch of new games and Blu-Ray movies. The games cost $50-60 and the movies were $30. Poor Vic isn't so poor anymore.

After I got home from Vic's I got my heating bill...it pissed me off!!!

Tuna,

I recommend you get one of these installed at your house. This will dramatically reduce your energy bills and help put greedy greenhouse gas contributing companies like Victor's out of business.
