Insightful ESPN reading material

ESPN will try to answer 32 questions about Fantasy football, one for each team. So far, the question is usually the most popular one about the team. One writer covers the question in detail, so it's not the usual ESPN junk from their broadcast booth. For instance, Marion Barber III or Julius Jones for the Cowboys. As of Monday, ESPN has covered all of the AFC and NFC East teams and Da Bears. It'll probably have one division answered every weekday or two. The articles themselves may be illuminating, but for the full picture I'd read the reader comments as well.

For instance, the article mentioned that MBIII had a significantly higher yards per carry than Julius Jones (4.8 vs 4.1), and that's including all those short yardage carries he gets. However, a lot of the reader comments countered that Julius got most of his carries against fresh defenses in the 1st half while MB3 had a lot of carries in the 2nd half against tired defenses and on 3rd and long situations. In this instance, MB3 may be the superior back under the current situation, but JJ can be a good value pick since he does have talent. The moral of the story is you should utilize all available sources of information when making your fantasy research.
