EDIT: PJ Has informed me in the comments section that Kevin's baby shower is actually on the Saturday, the 25th. Can Kevin confirm this? If so, we can do the draft party on the 26th then.
The good news is that my place has recently been tested by Hai's girlfriend and other females, and they gave it a thumbs up as an entertainment facility. Hopefully, by then, I'll have this as a birthday present to myself as well:
