Since I won this past week, I'll focus on the positives of each team. It'll be so sugary you'd think you just took in some Splenda®. If any of this week's, um, vanquished, want to write the bitter counterpart, feel free to send in your comments. After week 1, with the parity so far, like they say in the Special Olympics, everyone is a winner!
1. Kevin - Best 2-0 team. Good balance. Chargers a great pick. The Caucasian most of the Asians root for. Expect Hai and Tuna to shower you with sweet nothings. Life is good at the top.
2. Katy - May be able to party like it's 2004 again. McNabb back to being a stud QB. Maroney is a viable 2nd RB and will only get better. And the biggest play for you last week? No doubt it was Plaxico's TD catch in OT. Great pick Katy!
3. Donny - You lost only by a point to Katy, so you deserve the #3 spot. Portis is coming back to revive the dead Redskins! Has 2 great defenses so you can play matchups. As for the QB, well, there are a few decent prospects on the waiver wire.
4. Victor - Well, he has to go up in the rankings after posting 109 points. Who needs WRs when he has the best pair of RBs and a Kicker who has as many TD passes as Miami and Seattle so far this season? Bonus: Not Tuna's bitch anymore in the Asian division.
5. Bill - Did you see how your fantasy QB stepped up to give you 22 points? That's a stud. No longer do you have to rely on the LT show. Chester Taylor also the best performing round 1 pick so far. Great RB depth Bill, even after you get rid of the Morency/Lundi trash.
6. Hai - Way to go, winning your week 2 with only your QB scoring TDs! You will be able to offset the vaporization of Randy Moss's production as he gives up on the season with the re-emergence of Joey Galloway. You also now have 4 RBs who are starters in the NFL. That will come in handy during the playoffs, which Tuna says you are sure to make.
7. Andrew - Don't worry, losing a tiebreaker is a sign of progress. Whereas before you would lose by double-digit margins, the new Andrew team is competitive every week! Also, you showed that you were the more efficient manager. I mean, Kevin left 52 points on the bench, come on!
8. Tuna - You always have been able to identify the sleeper WRs every year. One year it was Mushin Muhammed. This year, it looks like you have found two gems: Donte Stallworth and Antonio Bryant. Bryant is a 49er WR who catches a ton of passes and likes to whine to the coaches. Just like Brandon Lloyd! Or that other guy who's now in Dallas...
9. PJ - Yeah, so that other guy is out for a couple of weeks. But one of those weeks is a bye, and when TO returns to action on October 8 in Philly, well, you can imagine how you can rub it in on your uncle and the Cosgroves. In the meantime, you have time to choose a soft landing spot for your jump from the Dolphins bandwagon. Also, Jake Plummer went from negative points in week 1 to 0 points in week 2. From this pattern, he'll definitely get positive points for you in week 3.
10. Larry - Sorry, Larry, but someone has to be in 10th place. You should want to be the underdog anyway. Much less pressure and great waiver wire location. Mike Vick and Warrick Dunn will make you into a Falcon fan this year. Vick is back to being video game Vick. Who knew?

On another note with Miami 0-2 and my fantasy team 0-2, I hope to have a happy football weekend with the Titans and Andrew coming to town this weekend. I keep telling myself the Pats were 0-2 when they began their 2001 Superbowl run. If not there is always next year.
I think the more accurate question is if he is also a Giants fan. I think he may be. As an example, for the 2001 Super Bowl (Giants vs Ravens) Hai and I went to Bill's to watch the game. To our surprise Bill was pulling for the Giants.
I will admit that Bill's a better Eagles fan than me, but he is also a much better fan of the other teams in the NFL east!:)
