College Rankings - Bad News for Terps

US News' rankings this year:

2005-2006 not a good year for Maryland. First GWU beat them in basketball and now the US News Rankings, 52 to 55. Also, Maryland was tied with "The U", that educational establishment with such a fine reputation thanks to it football program. Unfortunately, further bad news showing Notre Dame dominant over Michigan. Oh well, at least Maryland crushed VA Tech.

Another bogus list. I rank colleges based on athletics, not academics. Princetion Review ranked Maryland #1 in Students Most Supportive of Their College Sports Teams.

Maryland did awesome on PJ's list. We were the top ACC school at #20!
