Week 6 Power rankings

So far, it's been a case of the parity - but amongst 2 groups. The haves include Hai, Larry, Tuna, and shockingly, Andrew. The have-nots residing in the basement are the rest of the league, all at 2-4. But that means that no one is out of it yet, since a critical injury can turn a have to a have-not. On to the week's rankings.

1. Hai (5-1). Uber Asian who? There's a new (old) person at #1. On the strength of 2 consecutive high scores of the week, Hai has a legit claim to being #1, crushing opponents who have put up good scores themselves and breaking their spirit. And he has done so with a quiet Randy Moss. Worst-to-first seems like a pattern in this league. There's going to be an uber-battle this week between him and Tuna.

2. Larry (5-1). The uber-caucasian. But storm clouds in the horizon with the possible long-term injury to team MVP Marc Bulger. Yes, Shaun Alexander is the stud but it is the strong performance of Bulger compared to most everyone's QB that has made the difference for Larry. If he can also avoid RB injuries, he'll be in a strong position to win the division.

3. Tuna (4-2). The uber-Asian has been dethroned. But he gets back TO this week, and trade for Lamont Jordan solidifies RB position without losing much in terms of QBs if you don't consider keeper potential factors. Expect some form of betting between him and Hai for the Asian title fight.

4. Andrew (4-2). Okay, those of you who thought Andrew could challenge for the playoffs raise your hand. Don't cheat. PJ was right, that has been some super-deluxe helper monkey. The rejuvenation of CMart comes at a good time for Andrew. This week, he also gets Brett Favre at a disintegrating Vikings and a relatively weak opponent in Katy. Laissez le bon temps rouler.

5. Donny (2-4). Someone has to be here amongst the 2-4 teams. Might as well be the team that knocked off the #1 rated team and has turned in 3 straight strong games. Of course, so far the Jamal for Steve Smith trade is not in his favor, but Donny won't face Steve Smith this week due to a bye. Donny has not thrown in the towel yet, my bad.

6. Bill (2-4). What can't LT do? His passing game alone almost matched Bill's QB scoring. Looks like he'll be carrying Bill's team, since Bill's QB, #2 RB, and both WR positions are as solid as a Pakistani stone hut. But in this zone, all the teams have questions, so Bill still has a chance to make a move.

7. Victor (2-4). There is no shame to losing to the #1 team. There is shame in having a level 60 character snoop around noobie zones to gather herbs. Like Donny, has put together 3 straight decent performances and little to show for it. Whoever loses the matchup this week will probably end up in the cellar of the rankings.

8. PJ (2-4). I think PJ is well ahead in the manager underachiever award this year. Can't blame efficiency this week, however. Good news is that PJ doesn't have to face Andrew anymore. I think PJ's helper monkey is Andrew's helper monkey's bitch, if you ask me.

9. Kevin (2-4). The team with the least momentum. Seriously, I think Kevin should threaten PJ if PJ doesn't remove his icon photo. It's been seriously bad mojo for Kevin. A 1 - point loss? Painful! Having Kristy inflict bodily harm on PJ? More painful!

10. Katy (2-4). Not a surprise she lost without McNabb. But she's the opposite of Hai, so she has to be here. Two straight low scores of the week. And it has been feast or famine for her, 4 of her games have been less than 50 points. Weak bench still hurts, and looks like PJ was right about the Ricky Williams jinx factor.

I am going to be a huge Eagles fan this weekend. I wonder if Bill is going to root for the Chargers?

It was difficult, but I believe I came up with the perfect Logo to match my new team name (actually it was easy considering who I play this weekend).
