Some notes about my trade with Donny

This trade was discussed a few days ago, I waited to see Andre Johnson wasn't out for the season and the situation with my other running backs. I weakened my RB situation, but my WR situation was so bad that something had to be done. I still can start Duckett, Anderson, or Barlow as my #2. Anderson isn't quite out as Denver's starter, I think the situation is a bit similar to week #1 in KC where LJ sprung 2 big runs and got the scores. Oh yeah, Donny wasn't drunk when he proposed this trade, so it wasn't quite the gift like his other spending.

Steve Smith for your crap.

In my opinion Donny got the better end of this trade. Smith has a history of injuries and when he goes down (soon) it will hurt Vic this season and for years to come.

Johnson's and Jamal's number should improve as their teams start winning. Like any commodity you should sell high and buy low. That's why I traded Eli for Jordan.

I was trying to get Jordan for Jake D., then I was going to accept your (TUNA)trade and try to trade w/ Kevin for Chad Johnson.

I think Jamal became a prison bitch, and taking it in the rear for six months did something to change the way he now walks and runs.

One of the reasons I decided to short Jamal was Baltimore's schedule will get a lot harder after this week: Chicago, Pitt, Cinncy, Jacksonville, Denver are amongst the next opponents. The schedule does get easier come playoff time, but I have to worry about making the playoffs first.
