The Wall Street Journal did a study on NFL and college football players' IQ tests, and ranked the teams in terms of average IQ. The test is called the Wonderlic test and is administered to all potential draftees. The WSJ's study, however, is limited to only those tests taken after 1998, so veterans' scores don't show up. The Raiders are the 2nd-smartest team in the NFL. #1 are the Rams, though that advantage is negated by their boneheaded coach.
Dallas - All their QBs are "mental elite"

NFL teams' on-field performances generally correlate with IQ results placement
Redskins - in the "dumb" category
Smart college schools dominated by Big 10 and Pac-10.
University of Miami was dead last
