I've been asked by my brother-in-law to take over drafting duties for his coworker in his league, who has to be at a wedding. The draft is ridiculously early, on August 13 (Sunday). This means some of you may try to see who I tab as sleepers. On the plus side, I've been given orders to favor Eagles players since his coworker is an Eagles fan. So I'll be making picks that I'd never get to make in Faduco with all those Eagle fans in our league. As for our draft, I agree with the public replies that August 31 seems like the best date for our Faduco draft. That'd give us 3 weeks of preseason to watch player developments. Injury risk is also less because the starters don't really play on week 4.
