I got my online results this afternoon. They don't give a number score but did show which areas I did well in and which areas needed improvement. Note the areas have different weights. For instance portfolio mgt is worth only 12 pts compared to financial statement analysis' 68 pts.
Got < 50%:
General portfolio mgt
Quantitative analysis
somewhere between 50 and 70%:
Alternative assets
Derivatives
Ethical and professional standards (hey it's tricky!)
Financial statement analysis (most likely due to poor morning performance)
Over 70%:
Economics
Equity analysis
Fixed Income analysis
I would imagine the passing cutoff is around 68%, meaning I barely passed, but there is no distinguishment between a high passing score and a low passing score in the eyes of the CFA Institute.
