Given the controversy over the IR last season, it seems that the rule is due for a change. Ironically, one of the more sensible suggestions has come from one of the most egregious violators of the rule last season. Tuna has suggested to keep the IR spots, but if someone puts a player there, it is permanent for the season and that player can't be moved back to the active roster. This is like the IR in the NFL, and is easier to enforce. This will also free up some time for PJ, giving him more time to talk trash and proclaim his love for Ricky.
